Play 1v1 NowHow a 1v1 duel plays out
The match opens with a 3-2-1-GO countdown so both players hit question one at the same instant. Every question is multiple choice with four answers and a 7-second timer. The faster you answer correctly, the more points you score — up to 1000 for a near-instant correct answer, sliding down to about 200 if you only just beat the buzzer. Wrong answers and timeouts score zero.
Between rounds you see the live scoreboard: your points, your opponent's points, and how each of you answered the previous question. After 7 questions, the player with more total points wins.
A typical 1v1 takes about 90 seconds end-to-end including matchmaking. Win, lose, or draw, you can rematch the same opponent in one tap.
